Example Tour Schedule

④ 9:45 PM: Tour concludes! Return to your accommodation.

Punctuality and Prior Contact
Please arrive on time for your scheduled meeting. If you are late or fail to show up without prior notice, it will be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply. If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance.

Final Confirmation
We will provide details about the meeting location and time via phone or email the day before your tour. Ensure you register contact information that can be reached in Japan.

If you do not receive a confirmation by 6:00 PM the day before, please contact “IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi” using the method described on your ticket.

If you have requested a hotel pick-up on Iriomote Island, your pick-up time may differ from what is displayed. To confirm your exact pick-up time the day before, please contact us using the method described on your ticket.

Minimum Participants
The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. If this number is not met, the tour will be canceled at no charge (we will notify you the day before your tour).

Participation Requirements
This tour is open to participants aged 3 to 65 years old. The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

Pregnant individuals

Children under 3 years old

Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions

Weather
Tours generally proceed in the rain. However, tours may be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Attire and Preparation
Please wear clothing you do not mind getting wet. There are no restrooms at the activity site, so please use facilities beforehand. Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Language Support
Tours are conducted in Japanese or English. Depending on booking availability, tours may only be available in Japanese.
