Ngorongoro Crater - After enjoying breakfast, the journey from Arusha to Serengeti begins, taking approximately 6 hours (including all stops) as it passes through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

There will be a brief stop at the gate and viewpoint to admire the stunning view of the crater.

Visiting a Maasai village is optional, offering a chance to explore the culture of the renowned Maasai tribe, known for their historical practices of chasing lions from their kills and hunting lions to be considered warriors. While these traditions are mostly in the past, except for drinking raw animal blood, there is much to learn.
Duration: 20-45 minutes
This visit is optional and not included in the price, and many clients choose not to participate.

Serengeti National Park - Arrive in the late afternoon and embark on a game drive in Seronera (the center of Serengeti) until late evening, experiencing the sunset in Serengeti while observing wild animals. With some luck, you might witness a predator hunting or feeding. Later, head to Seronera campsite.
Note: Animals can still be viewed from the camp, mostly hyenas, with close protection from active rangers ensuring safety.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - On this day, explore the far reaches of the Serengeti (north/south/east/west) depending on wildlife movements. After an early breakfast, embark on an early game drive, followed by lunch, and continue the game drive into the evening before returning to the campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Serengeti National Park - Seronera, Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, enjoy an early game drive, observing numerous animals until the afternoon, then head to camp for lunch and packing. Continue with a game drive while exiting the Serengeti, heading to a Tented Lodge (2-hour drive) near the rim of Ngorongoro Crater.
Note: Animals can be spotted while camping.

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, descend into the crater at 6:15 am on a quest to find the elusive black rhino. Rhinos are the hardest to spot in this beautiful crater, while most other animals are easier to see due to the crater’s floor. After lunch, enjoy a game drive and ascend the crater, packing for the return trip to your hotel in Arusha or the airport (if you have a late flight).
