Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - Guests will be collected from their hotel after breakfast for a drive to the Serengeti. En route, there will be a stop at the Ngorongoro Crater Rim for a breathtaking view and photo opportunities. Upon arrival, the game drive will commence. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed in the afternoon, followed by an afternoon game drive where the sunset is truly magical.

After the game drive, guests will proceed to their campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - On this day, guests will rise early for a hearty breakfast before heading out to witness the Great Migration.

There is also an option for a balloon safari at an additional cost.

The peak migration period is from June to October in the Northern Serengeti, where wildebeests cross the Mara River into Maasai Mara NP in Kenya. During this time, approximately 1.5 million of these magnificent creatures travel throughout the year in search of fresh grazing pastures and follow the rains for better water sources.

The next best time to observe the Migration is during the calving season from January to March in the Southern Serengeti area known as Ndutu. During this period, wildebeests and zebras give birth to around 8,000 newborns daily. These vulnerable newborns attract predators seeking an easy meal, providing many hunting scenes for visitors.

A picnic lunch will be provided in the afternoon, and in the evening, guests will return to their accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Serengeti National Park - Guests will wake up early to witness the sunrise in the Serengeti, enjoy breakfast, and embark on a morning game drive until early afternoon. They will return to the campsite for a hot lunch and pack up for the journey from the Serengeti to Ngorongoro’s Simba Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

Descending into the Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - After an early breakfast, guests will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater in search of the elusive black rhino, the most challenging animal to spot. Within this stunning crater, visitors will experience Africa’s version of Noah’s Ark, with a diverse array of wildlife including elephants, hyenas, big cats, rhinos, and more.

In the afternoon, lunch will be enjoyed at Hippo Lake, followed by another game drive as guests ascend back to the crater rim.

Guests will return to a hotel in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay, ready for the anticipation of the final day.

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - Guests will be picked up from the hotel after breakfast for a trip to Tarangire National Park. A full day game drive will be conducted within this park, which spans 2,800 square kilometers. Wildlife drink from the Tarangire River, the park’s namesake. Major attractions include large herds of elephants, tree-climbing pythons, and baobab trees. Additionally, lions, leopards, and other animals can be observed.

Lunch will be provided in the afternoon. Depending on the travel itinerary, guests will return to Arusha in the evening for a drop-off at the airport or their hotel.
