Transfer to Narita - We had a great experience and a good value. The customer support manager, Marry, contacted us right away and verified our flight information. She also updated us with the driver information the day before pick up and even contacted again when the driver arrived at our hotel. On the day of pick up, our driver was Mr. Suda. He went above and beyond helping us with our luggages and getting us to the airport safely and on time.

Convenient and reliable - The transfer was great! The vehicle was very spacious. It fit four large suitcases perfectly. The driver arrived at the hotel on time, and the ride to the airport was smooth. We arrived on time. The day before, the company sent a message confirming the transfer and providing the driver's name and license plate. I recommend it!

Pick Up from Shin-Okachimachimi to Narrita Airport - Our driver was on time, felt safe and no hassle of loading our own luggages on or off the car. We booked the transportation that seats up to group of 9 even though there’s only 4 adults. Just wanted to be comfortable.
