The primary goal is to maximize the opportunity to witness the Aurora Borealis by venturing away from urban light pollution. Participants will be positioned under clear skies to fully immerse in the untamed Arctic environment. Local guides will pick up guests from the city center, embarking on a journey towards stunning mountains, fjords, and valleys.
  Numerous stops will be made along the way to capture photographs of the unique landscape and search for the lights. The tour’s route is determined by weather conditions, sometimes extending to the Finnish and Swedish borders to find optimal conditions for viewing the lights. Traveling in small groups fosters a warm, intimate atmosphere and allows for greater flexibility.
  Guests will be provided with insulated overalls, snacks, and hot beverages. The guide will take photos during the tour and share them with participants after the trip.

Join your guide in the heart of Tromsø and embark on a journey in a comfortable minibus, where you’ll learn about the evening’s weather, planned route, and the likelihood of witnessing the Northern Lights. Throughout the trip, your guide will provide fascinating insights into the aurora, local history, climate, and wildlife, while continuously checking forecasts to locate the optimal viewing spot—even if it requires traveling into Finland.

Upon arrival at the selected site, savor hot chocolate, light snacks, and the breathtaking Arctic landscape. A bonfire is planned when conditions permit, and thermal suits are available to keep you warm. When the Northern Lights make their appearance, your guide, who is also a professional photographer, will capture stunning photos of you to commemorate the experience.

If necessary, the tour may relocate to different spots to find clear skies. At the end of the tour, you will be returned to Tromsø and dropped off at your hotel or accommodation.
