The birding adventure takes place on canoes. These expansive marshlands are home to a unique ecological community of birds, animals, insects, and fish that are not found elsewhere. The shoebill thrives in the solitude of these vast marshes. You will have the chance to see the shoebill along with other papyrus specialist birds such as the Saddle-billed Stork, Malachite Kingfisher, African Jacana, and other swamp specialties.
