Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - The guide/driver will pick you up from your hotel or residence in Kampala or Entebbe for a transfer to Entebbe International Airport to catch a scheduled flight to Bwindi. You have the option of a morning or afternoon flight. Enjoy the aerial view of the stunning, changing landscape. The flight lasts only 2 hours over the lushest highland rainforest on earth, teeming with primates, exotic birds, valleys, hilltops, and papyrus swamps. Upon arrival at either Kihihi or Kisoro Airstrip, you will be transferred by our vehicle to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Forest
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Start the day with breakfast, ready for Uganda Gorilla Trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the UWA staff. Be sure to bring a rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots, etc. The guides will lead you into the jungle to see the shy primates of the group you have been booked for. Remember to take your lunch boxes and all necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorillas in Bwindi, one of the most thrilling wildlife experiences on earth. The tracking may take between 2 and 6 hours, but it is well worth the effort. Spend the afternoon on a village walk. The Buhoma Village Walk offers a wonderful opportunity to see how the people surrounding Bwindi Impenetrable Forest live. It is also a great way to support the local community directly. You will be amazed by the resourcefulness of the local people as you observe and learn their ways. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Entebbe - There are 2 flight options for returning from Bwindi. You can choose a morning flight at 10:55, arriving in Entebbe at 11:55, or an afternoon flight departing Bwindi at 14:05, arriving at 15:05 in Entebbe. Whatever your choice, our guide will be ready to transfer you to the airstrip to catch your return flight from Bwindi to Entebbe.
