This tour seamlessly blends comfort, personalization, and outstanding service, guaranteeing a memorable experience in Miami.
- Is allowed to bring food and drinks on the trip.
- In cases of climatic problems:
- We do not rely on weather forecasts.
- Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time, unless the company instructs otherwise.
- Do not assume that the trip will be cancelled due to weather conditions in your area.
- Protocol in case of rain upon arrival:
- We will wait up to 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
- If there is no improvement, we will act according to the weather protection selected by the customer during payment.
- The person who presented their ID at the reservation must necessarily go on the trip, if they do not show up, the trip will not take place.
- Service Start Time: Service duration is counted from the reserved time slot, not the customer’s arrival time.
- Delay Policy: The boat captain will assess whether waiting is feasible without disrupting operations. The decision is at the captain’s sole discretion.
- No-Show Consequence: Significant delays may be treated as a “no-show”, resulting in trip cancellation without refund—especially if the delay impacts duration, safety, or logistics.
- Key Recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid issues.
- The captain selection process, contract signing, and Boating Safety ID (if required) must be completed online before the trip.

Dishonest people, poor management, scammers - Person was dishonest about the price, and told me we had to pay another 200 hours before the event, giving me no opportunity to cancel . They sent me required tests and contracts to sign only 2hrs before, giving me no time at all. They changed the location literally FIVE minutes before.

It's a rip off! A borderline scam! But definitely a racket. - It's a rip off right from the beginning. When you pay the money online, you are led to believe that that's all it cost for the yaht ride rental, it isn't the case. You not only pay that money but you also pay another $150 (Cash) to the captain, $50/Gas, and another $20 for a sailing certificate online. When you get to the dock they may have changed the boat that you saw in the picture and paid for. Also, they called us a couple of hours before we were supposed to get on the boat and told us that we had to look for our own captains out of a list of three that we were given, and make contact with them to find out which one wanted to charter our boat, and then get back to Viator with the name of the Captain available that we chose. The ride on the boat was nice but the boat was raggedy. It looked like it had been involved in a gunfight. The seats had holes in them and rips and stains and the galley was trashy and there were spiders on the boat. We killed a couple of spiders crawling and a spider web went across my face. I would never ever ever ever ever purchase any type of trip or excursion from Viator again! They are not transparent and you do not know everything that you're going to be paying for until 2 hours before your trip. If I were you, I wouldn't buy online, I'd wait until I got to Florida and then go into a legitimate establishment so that you know all of your cost up front.
