As a seasoned traveler and surfer, I’ve spent countless days chasing the perfect wave along the sun-drenched coasts of Central America. But every now and then, I trade my surfboard for hiking boots and venture inland to explore the lush, vibrant heart of these beautiful countries. This time, my journey took me to the La Paz Waterfall Gardens in Vara Blanca, Costa Rica—a place that had been on my radar for quite some time.
