Excellent experience! The... - Excellent experience! The boat tour was gorgeous through the canal. The Murano glass tour was so worth it as well. Would highly recommend!

Miranda and canal tour - Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. The private tour was at a comfortable pace and did not require ear pieces to hear. Very good tour.

Worth every penny! - Beautiful experience! Lovely ride to Murano. The glass blowing experience was marvelous. Best part of the trip was Federico the tour guide. Wonderful, sweet personality and very accommodating.

Best Boat Tour with Guilia - We loved Guilin, she was so knowledgeable and friendly! She taught us many fun facts about Venice. Loved her passion for Venice!
Glass blowing on Murano was fabulous, Nichola was a great guide of the factory. Beautiful glass work, but very expensive.

Best tour of Venice. - This was a great experience. We enjoyed the history, water taxi and tour of the glass factory. Watching glass pieces being created was memorable.

Not to miss tour - Gianluca was great and Very informative. The glass demonstration was amazing!!Grand Canal was fun! Hotel pick up was a must.

Good tour, Great guide - John Luca was our initial guide on the Grand Canal and he was very knowledgeable and spoke clear enough English. He made the tour of the Grand Canal come to life. Our water taxi pilot was a gentlemen. Murano Island is a quick visit, but worth the experience. Actual time was about 1.5 hours.

An unmitigated disaster. - . It is very difficult to get on the boat if you have physical issues. She was trying to get on the boat the easiest way for her but they kept telling her to do it a different way which she was unable to do. We finally just said forget it and sent the boat on its way. There was very little assistance to help her get on the boat. Even if we would have gotten on the boat it is a water taxi where you are sitting underneath the deck in an enclosed area with poor sight lines and poor ventilation. For the price you are being charged for this you expect much better.
