Highlight of our trip - Our family of four, including our 7 year old daughter loved it. The ride over to the glacier was a bit bumpy at times as expected. The walk up to the ice cave wasn’t too strenuous and the views were amazing. Our guide, Frederick, I believe, was informative and took pictures for everyone if needed. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

Brilliant tour and tour guide (Helge)!! Can’t miss this experience!! - We had an amazing time on this tour !! Helge our tour guide really made the experience!! With his wealth of knowledge, humour and always making sure we were safe and looked after ! (Real life Viking)
The Road out to the caves was a thrill ride for sure !! That really added to the whole experience! Stunning views and Helge made sure we seen it all ! We knew going into it that the caves we can go into may not be like the ones in the pictures because of the environment always changing but we still got to experience an amazing cave !! Couldn’t recommend this tour and tour guide enough !! It’s a must see when coming to Iceland ! We nearly didn’t do it because I know that it is pricey but it is actually worth every penny !

Amazing experience - This trip was one of the highlights of our Icelandic holiday. Our guide "hawk" was full of knowledge and funny too. The super jeep drive was good, but getting to go inside the glacier in an ice cave was incredible.
Not too expensive and only a few hours total. A must do experience.

Incredible Ice Cave Experience! - Helgi was an awesome tour guide—patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about the ice caves. I learned so much about how these caves are constantly changing, making the experience truly unique. If you’re not an experienced hiker like me, don’t worry—this tour is absolutely worth it! The breathtaking views and expert guidance made it an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommend booking this excursion!

Excellent Ice Cave & Glacier Tour - The whole experience was amazing from going in the super jeep, taking "the scenic" route to the starting point, great humour and stories from our guide Helge (hope I spelt that correctly) and seeing the actual glacier, caves and Frosty, the artic fox.
There was never any rush and Helge is pretty much a professional photographer helping everyone. Seeing the caves and glacier is a little indescribable but I would recommend to anyone.

Girl’s Trip Ice Cave Excursion - Our guide was fantastic. He was patient and funny and informative. It was obvious that he wanted everyone to enjoy their trip! Kalta was beautiful too, of course.

Highly recommended - We had a great time, guide was both knowledgeable and entertaining. It helped that the weather was good (unlike the previous two days)! Instructions clear and easy to follow.

Into the snowy wastelands and ice cave - Great drive across the snowy wastes and then up onto the glacier. 'Hawk" was a really informative and interesting guide. The ice caves were great to see and get to understand how they are formed and would definitely do it again.

Absolutely breathtaking... - Absolutely breathtaking scenery. The glacier and the caves were stunning. The truck ride there is very bumpy so be careful if you get carsick.
