Sasquatch! Do it you won’t regret it. - Fabulous experience from start to finish. Our guide Seb was fantastic, he really made us feel at ease. He must do this day in & day out but he really made us feel like valued customers & like we were the only ones doing the tour. He is an absolute credit to ziptrek tours that’s for sure. Thank you so much for giving us such a brilliant experience.

A hit of adrenaline - What a rush!! An amazingly unique way to experience the beauty of Whistler/Blackcomb, zipping from one mountain to the other. We have zip-lined in several countries and Sasquatch was by far the best.

Golden trofee for service - Thank you thank you thank you!! I really want the express my deepest respect and gratitude to Sam and the service team for helping me in getting a bucket list item done. My knee and anckle are not in the best condition and I walk with a knee brace and walking stick. The service team assessed the situation and decided to give me a private guide, Sam, helping me step by step in getting there. Everybody was so helpful thoughtful and caring. Bless you all! So I made it up to the zipline and it was FANTASTIC! A great thrill and so worth it all! Once done it was a steep hill up and I followed Sam step by step holding on to him for dear life. Almost at the end it was finished. My leg gave up. It endured to much. But Sam noticed it and arranged an atv that brought me to the gondola. He carried my gear up and down the mountain. 🥰🥰 Sam , thank you so much for everything !! I will recommend you guys to everybody I know and my golden trofee for best and warmest service goes to this team of Ziptrek Ecotours!! Kind regards Adrienne

Sasquatch & Eagle Tour - what a blast! - This was our second time doing these. ( previously in 2022). The staff are professional knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s great to learn a little bit about our delicate environment & the scenery is beautiful. Can’t say which one we like better so do them both, you’ll have a blast - a must do in Whistler!

Unbelievable experience!!!! - This was so much fun it’s hard to describe into words. Joe our guide was so fun and kept it light and relaxing. Juaquim at the top truly got me to do it, he held onto me until I was ready and reassured me the whole time. I’m SO grateful to both of them for getting me through this because it was soooooo unbelievably fun and the views are breathtaking! Do this for sure!!

An exciting activity. - We were a group of 9 and had a really fun experience. The staff were very friendly. One member who was 11 was very nervous but she did it and loved it. We felt very safe at all times. The only suggestion would be for some advice on how to face forwards as all of us ended up facing backwards so didn’t really get to experience the amazing views.

awesome ride - This is an awesome ride. The crew were great. It all felt extremely safe. We hired a GoPro camera, which was mounted on a short stick with a wrist strap. I have two concerns - one is that there were no instructions about pointing in the desired direction during the ride. You are free to spin but I couldn't stop myself facing backwards. The other issue relates to the form you have to sign, agreeing not to sue if there is an accident. I understand that (in general terms) under UK Law, you would still be able to sue if a company were negligent, but under BC Law, a judge has refused to let a woman sue even though negligence by a company was demonstrated. This meant I had to arrange additional insurance cover at very short notice. I can understand that they need a 'no sue' agreement to keep the price affordable. (I don't want to subsidise the cost of payouts for spurious claims.) It would be helpful if the company highlighted the issue of insurance, especially as many folk may be unfamiliar with BC law. Nevertheless, I think this ZipLine is extremely safe - much safer than horse riding, for example.
