Excellent experience - I went on the tour with my 3 children, mother and other family members. We found Chelsea was organised, informative and friendly. She contacted us the day before the tour and it was easy to meet up for the tour. There was sufficient time to see the warriors and take photos. I would recommend the XR virtual reality experience which was at the end part of the tour. The lunch was also very good.

Highly recommend but not during Golden Week - We enjoyed the tour Nancy did a great job but the enormous crowd coupled with a few glitches from other members on the tour group did detract from the overall experience

Incredible Terracotta Warriors day with MuBus! - We had a fabulous day at the Terracotta Warriors with our guide Chelsea. The whole tour went smoothly from pickup at the Bell Tower Hotel onwards. Chelsea shared history and information on the Emperor’s Mausoleum which was interesting and supported our trip. The Terracotta Warriors and horses were stunning, I wish I hadn’t done quite so much research as I had seen a lot of photos before going, I would recommend booking this trip and then stop looking at other’s experiences. We finished the tour with a beautiful lunch where I had the best sweet and sour chicken. All up another fabulous MuBus Tour, (we also did the Great Wall of China with MuBus). Thank you again - incredible value for money and an amazing experience!

Super fun! - Clear communication and tour lasted just long enough. We were with our 4-year-old son. With a small bus. Chelsea has given us a lot of information, very nice to experience this. (Without explanation they are just dolls)

Brilliant MuBus tour to the Terracotta Warriors - fantastic value! - A fabulous day at the Terracotta Warriors, where we visited all three pits. We met Chelsea our wonderful guide at the Bell Tower Hotel and en route she shared the history of the warrior army that surrounds the Emperor’s Mausoleum. The whole trip was well organised with sufficient freedom and useful information. The pits were stunning, I wish I had not done quite so much homework so that there were more surprises, but the trip was excellent value for money. Our second MuBus tour in China and I can’t recommend them enough! We finished our tour with a fabulous lunch where I enjoyed sweet and sour chicken before the bus ride back to Xian. Next stop Chengdu pandas.

Good tour, but bad taste about shop scam - Pick up was easy at Bell Tower Hotel. During the drive to Terracotta warriors Chelsea gave a lot of information about the history of China, which was very interesting. Our tourguide let us through the 3 different pits and explained very well what you are looking at. After the 3 pits you get about 30 minutes to go through the museum on your own. After the museum you walk through the shopping streets to get lunch. Several different dishes are placed on a glass table to share with the other people on the tour. So far so good and actually a very nice tour. Now the bad part. On your way to lunch you are brought to a 'local' shop where you can meet the now 70 year old famous farmer that discovered the warriors. You can have your photo taken and buy a signed book. Prices in the shop are really high and there only Westerners. My wife points out that if this guy is really famous the shop would be packed with Chinese. Some people buy some items. For example a chess set for $70 that can be bought for around $10 in Xi'an. When we got back we looked up the famous farmer on the internet. He died in 2018. Very disappointed in Mubus that they are involved in this scam. The tour is actually good, but don't buy anything.
