Lovely - Gino was our Gondolier and he was great. I wasn't expecting a guided tour but he gave us o e unprompted and it was nice. Friendly guy and seemed popular with the locals. Lovely time

A wonderful experience to celebrate a special birthday - Brilliant experience to go on a gondola just for us to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. The young gondolier was so cheerful. He sang, told us about the history of Venice and answered our questions. He was from a family of gondoliers and had bought his own gondola. An unforgettable experience!

A gondola ride is a must, when in Venice! - When a tourist goes to Venice you must take a gondola ride, no matter what! Book it in advance, enjoy the ride and check the box that you did it!

Good experience that could have been a bit longer - It was a ‘good’ experience and one for the bucket list. Duration was a bit less than expected (arguably closer to 20mins rather than 30mins) and we would have preferred a bit longer for the price paid. But friendly gondolier who kept us safe and dry. The ‘tip’ bucket and verbal encouragement to tip on disembarking is unnecessary/unwelcome.

Not a Venice vobe - Gondola driver was on his phone and not interacting or sharing information. I noticed other younger drivers on their phones during tours as well. Older ones were not. Did not have the true Venice feel.

Booking this in advance we were totally ripped off as it was much cheaper to just grab one & half the price. - Booking this in advance was a complete rip off. There were plenty of gondolas available fir half the cost. Couldn’t cancel as there was not refund. Very disappointed with this trip.

Not worth the $ - Real waist of money.. a 20 min around the block in traffic with other gondolas. Take you $ elsewhere. No private tour touch at all.. could have done it without prior booking and for lesser price.

Unpleasant Gondola ride and would not recommend this service provider to anyone - We were assigned a Gondola with a very unhappy driver. He hardly speaks or explains the route and no story telling about the cannel or about the Venice in general, which would give it the vibe to this ride. Not much interactive with the visitors at all! At the end of the ride, another driver hinted us that tip is needed, which topped it up our already bad experience with this tour.

Don't Waste Your Money On This Gondola Ride - This is a complete waste of money. The gondola went into the Grand Canal for about 5 minutes and then turned into a narrow side waterway with nothing but brick buildings on either side to circle back to the starting point. It was over in less than 25 minutes with nothing of interest to see after the gondola left the Grand Canal. I consider it to be a complete tourist rip off.
